How am I feeling today?

I am feeling positive today. I felt no negative vibe and was preparing a few new productivity lessons that I learned over the weekend.

What is my top task to do today?

My main task is to finish up a project that is due to finish testing this week. I would like this off my plate to move onto the next thing.

What could distract me today and how will I deal with it?

Some distractions that would usually take up my time would be ad-hoc tasks. To deal with it, I need to give it to upper management to find out the urgency of that task before putting anything into my calendar.

What action will I do that will be healthy?

To try out “90 minute sprints”. To do this, I would need to stop any task and take a 10 minute break. This break can be taking a walk or just going somewhere without technology.

What do I want to remind myself today?

To keep positive and don’t try to please everyone…
