How am I feeling today?

Waking up was quite the struggle this morning but after taking a shower, getting dressed and walking out the door for work, I felt a bit better about myself. Getting on the train, I feel that I am thinking ahead for my day and thinking about what needs to be done.

What is my top task to do today?

Since this week, the focus has been a project that went live today, my most important task is to monitor this behaviour and make sure I stay proactive with this.

What could distract me today and how will I deal with it?

My first thought is my manager to distract me with any issues that he panicks about. To deal with it, I will need to ask him if what he wants is priority or can I continue. I will need to plant it in my schedule if it is important enough to work on.

What action will I do that will be healthy?

I notice that I spend my time mostly at my desk and working on tasks. I would like to take 15 minutes for myself to walk around outside or sit on a bench to think straight.

What do I want to remind myself today?

To keep what I have and stay consistent with that.
